West Farm, Fryton
Set within the grounds of a grade II listed building, the brief was to create a detached pavilion and new tennis court for use by my client's growing family.
Listed building consent was granted to demolish some existing buildings and erect a traditional stone and pantile building with a large wrap around veranda.
The building houses a large open plan living and kitchen area, together with a games area and changing rooms.
An external fire place and dining area overlook the new tennis court.
