Halcyon Reach, Normanby
Halcyon Reach is a modern bungalow set within a large south facing garden at the edge of the village. The brief was to update the property and to create a new garden room that would connect the house and the large garden.
The use of structural oak, glass and lead with a large aluminium lantern over the garden room, allows the house to be flooded with natural light and provides a physical link to the terrace and the large garden beyond.
